Before you book, please make sure you pass the Health Clearance and Disqualifications list and are CLEARED from all the items listed below! If you are someone who has had previous work done (by another artist) on your eyebrows, please send me a picture before booking, to see if you are eligible for a cover up/correction. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I hope to hear from you soon!

Booking Policy:
When emailing, messaging, or inquiring about services and an appointment, please include:

  • Your Full Name 
  • What Service You're Interested In?
  • If Brow Tattoo, Do you have previous work done on your brows? Y/N
  • A few CLEAR Full Face Photos with no makeup on brows.
  • Any Health/Skin Conditions? Medication? Y/N
  • Breastfeeding/ Pregnant? Y/N

After I have consulted you, and we have picked a date and time, you will place your $50 deposit to secure your appointment. 


Deposit Policy:

  • $50 deposits are REQUIRED in order to book an appointment.
  • Deposits are paid through Venmo, or with my online booking link.
  • The $50 deposit will go towards your final balance, which is due the day of your appointment (which is paid with Cash or Venmo ONLY, NO Credit Cards)
  • Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Once you pay the deposit, you CANNOT get a refund. 
  • Deposits are forfeited if you cancel within 1 week, if you are a NO call NO show, and if you RESCHEDULE the DAY OF your appointment!
  • Deposits are transferable only if you reschedule 1 week before your appointment. If you reschedule under 1 week's time, you will need to make a new $50 deposit.
  • No deposit = No appointment


Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation must be done 1 week before your appointment. If not, you will lose your $50 deposit, and will need to make another $50 deposit to secure a new date and time.
  • If you reschedule or cancel 2 times, you cannot reschedule a 3rd time and will lose your deposit.
  • NO SHOW = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENT


Sick Policy:

  • DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK (Allergies included).
  • I WILL SEND YOU HOME AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR $50 DEPOSIT.
  • If you cannot lay still for any reason, we cannot move forward.
  • Failure to disclose health conditions/medical records, and breach of policies will result in a forfeit of the deposit.


Late Policy:

  • Do not be late! If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. You will have to pay another deposit if you want a new appointment with me.
  • Please be respectful of the time set for your appointment. Being late will cause the appointment to run over into the next. Which is not fair to the clients who are on time.


Other:

  • No Guests, Come Solo
  • No Kids/Babies/Pets: Due to distractions and cross contamination, no guests are allowed in the room during the process. This is in order for me to limit distractions and give you my best!
  • Please silent Cell Phones, and avoid taking phone calls/texts unless emergency.
  • Touch ups are NOT included in the initial price.


Final:

  • NO REFUNDS. 
  • Pricing is subject to change at ANY TIME without notice.
  • Read ALL policies, and disqualification/health clearance before booking!
  • Please make sure that if you have any skin conditions/allergies/sensitivity/diabetes, to consult your doctor before proceeding to booking.
  • Plan accordingly for the aftercare process. Brows will take about 7-14 days to heal. Lip Plump takes 2 days to heal. Give yourself time to heal from your procedures before planning major vacations and events.
  • Face masks are required and to be worn throughout the Brow appointment duration.
  • If you falsify any information regarding the disqualification list, or breach the policies, I have the right to refuse service.


Disclaimer: Measures are in place to protect the health and safety of the client as well as the artist. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking all precautionary steps to keep the workplace and clients safe. If a client has not been truthful about their medical history, and continues to show up to an appointment, and falsify information on consent forms, they will not be serviced.
